Delete account and data

Summary

• The provider (developer) of all apps is Murcia Holding GmbH, Im Aischbach 14, 71665 Vaihingen an der Enz, Germany.
• You can delete your account at any time directly in the app or by email. You do not need the app installed to request deletion by email.
• Your account and sign-in data are removed immediately. Only data that must be kept by law remains blocked until the end of the retention period.
• You can also have individual data deleted without deleting your account.

Mein AMG and AMG Service

IN THE APP

• Mein AMG: More (Mehr) → Privacy (Datenschutz) → “Delete account” (Konto löschen)
• AMG Service: Menu (Menü) → “Delete account” (Konto löschen)

Confirm the deletion with your PIN. You will then be signed out.

BY EMAIL

Write to info@murcia-holding.de with the subject “Delete account”. Tell us the app and the mobile number or email address you sign in with. We will briefly verify that the request comes from you and delete your account without undue delay, within one month at the latest. Alternatively, contact your cleaning company’s office.

DELETED IMMEDIATELY

• Your account and your sign-in data (PIN, Face ID or fingerprint approval)
• Your push notifications and device addresses
• Your profile picture and personal settings, for example your language

RETAINED

Data that your employer or your cleaning company is legally required to keep is not deleted immediately but blocked and deleted once the retention period has expired. This applies in particular to working time records, payroll records, invoices and safety training records. The periods follow from German labour, commercial and tax law and are up to ten years depending on the document. Blocked data is only used for this purpose.

DELETED IMMEDIATELY

• Your account, your sign-in data (password, passkeys) and push notifications

RETAINED

Consultation records and consent forms for treatments with laser or IPL devices must be kept by your studio for ten years (Section 3 (2) NiSV, German Ordinance on Protection against Non-Ionising Radiation), cash and invoice records according to commercial and tax law. This data is blocked until the end of the period and deleted afterwards.

Delete individual data without deleting your account

If you only want certain data deleted, for example photos, messages or your profile picture, write to us at info@murcia-holding.de and tell us the app and the data. Data that must be kept by law is excluded.
